The Details

About Caroline

Caroline earned her degree in fine art photography from Texas State University in 2008 and has been photographing weddings full-time ever since. Over the years, her work has taken her from Italy to Hawaii, Guatemala to the Dominican Republic, experiences that have shaped both her eye and her approach.

At the heart of her work is a simple goal: to give couples the space to fully experience their wedding day while she quietly documents the moments that matter most. Her photography focuses on real connection and honest emotion, creating images that go beyond how the day looked and capture how it felt, photographs meant to be lived with and revisited for years to come.

Frequently asked questions

What is your photography style?

My approach blends documentary storytelling with intentional, creative portraits. I focus on real moments as they unfold, while offering gentle guidance when it’s helpful so everything feels natural, elevated, and true to you.

Where do you photograph weddings?

I regularly photograph weddings in Austin, Houston, Aspen, and Vail, and I travel frequently for celebrations across the U.S. and internationally. If your wedding is somewhere meaningful to you, I’m always happy to talk through logistics.

How do we know if we’re a good fit?

If you value connection, trust your creative team, and want your wedding to feel like an experience rather than a checklist, we’re likely a great fit. I care deeply about how the day feels, not just how it looks.

What’s the booking process?

Once we’ve connected and decided to move forward, a signed contract and retainer officially reserve your date. From there, I’m available throughout the planning process to help however I can.

Can we print and share our photos?

Absolutely. Your final gallery includes high-resolution images for personal printing and sharing. I just ask that images aren’t altered with filters so the work stays true to how it was delivered.

What does your pricing look like?

My collections are custom and based on the scope of your day, coverage needs, and location. I share base pricing upfront and build from there to make sure everything fits your priorities.

Do you photograph on film?

Yes, occasionally throughout the day. I dabble in film when it feels like the right fit for the setting. Film brings a softness and intentionality that can be really beautiful, and I incorporate it selectively alongside digital coverage rather than as a primary format.
